6:33 am - Got my Coastal Scents Palette

I was so excited to get home today because of one thing -- receiving my Coastal Scents 78 color eyeshadow w/ blush palette.

I know I'm not really good with make-up. I just know how to glam my face up, but when it comes to other people's faces.. Umm.. I think I kinda suck! XP But I've always been interested in make-ups, so I think I made the right choice in buying this palette since it's good for beginners like me.

This is actually my first, since I've just been using my mom's make-up palettes.. >__<

Now that I got this, I'll be experimenting with many looks and will be using my little sister's face as a canvass. Bwahahaha!!! XD

Thanks to Ms. Pearl of Doll Face Cosmetics for this wonderful palette.. ^__^

1:49 pm - Photoshoot Plans 2009

Wahahaha.. I got inspired my Marien's (silversiren) blog entry on her cosplay plans for 2009. But since I'm not into cosplaying anymore, I'll just make photoshoot plans instead.. XD

Concept: The Dreamer
- Exploring the world of fantasy is the dreamer who sleeps to escape from reality.
- Something like this.

Concept: Corpse Bride
- I've been dying to shoot something like this! Actually I planned to cosplay Emily before.
- Something like this.

Concept: Oriental
- I loved the dresses of girls from Chinese movies, especially the thingies on the hair.
- Something like this.

Concept: Seven Deadly Sins
- I wanna do all 7 of them! But only as headshots.. XD
- I just wanna have fun with the make-up, that's all.. hehe

Concept: High school Stereotypes
- I wanna do them all too.. ^__^
- Something like the shoot on ANTM Cycle 8

Hahaha.. That's the list as of the moment.. And I want to accomplish all these before 2009 ends.. ^__^

12:44 pm - My New Number!!!

Everyone! Please please please delete 0916.218.74.67 from your phone books. My phone got stolen. And if ever someone using that number texts you, IGNORE!

Btw, I now have a new number. And a new phone which looks identical to the one I lost (good thing my mom also bought the same unit and she aggreed to give it to me.) But sad though 'cause eventhough I have the same unit, which gives me the feel like I didn't lose my phone... My contacts cannot be restored. Since I'm stupid enough not to make a back-up. (So now I'll have a small notebook/phonebook..)

Here's my new number: 0915.341.58.31

To my friends, please text/pm me your number so I can save it on my new phone/sim.

To my customers, please do text/pm me too. And for payments, this is also my number for gcash.

To sellers w/c I have bought from or have pending balances with, please text/pm me too since I don't have copies of your numbers and I have lost track with how much I owe.. T__T

Thank you everyone!!! *hugs* This experience taught me to be more alert about my surroundings and not to be too much comfortable to people out there.. T__T Because reality check, some people are really EVIL.. T__T

1:38 am - 8 Drinks that will make you FAT!!!

Repost from: http://jinliu.multiply.com/
Source: http://www.infobarrel.com/8_Drinks_That_Will_Make_You_Fat

8 Extremely Fattening Drinks

There are not many people who would select water over a selection of other beverages, the problem is, most of these same people don’t realize the volume of calories they are putting in their bodies when they consume these products. Even freshly squeezed juices are very calorie dense. If you are pounding back any of these drinks on a regular basis, cutting them out could do wonders for your waste line without even adding in any exercise!

This list will be from the least calorie dense drinks all the way up to the super calorie dense options. And since I am such a nice guy, I’m even going to suggest a few low calorie alternatives to help give you something to sip on over the day.

8. 7-11 Cola Slurpee

This one seems almost obvious, although, I was shocked to see it this low on the list when compared to some of the other popular drinks.

Slurpee Nutritional Info

Oz: 24
Calories: 210
Fat: 0g
Carbs: 53.9g
Sugar: 53.9g
Calories Per oz: 8.75

Alternatives to Slurpees
While I personally love a Slurpee on a hot summers day, one alternative is a home made calorie free Slurpee. Take your blender, mix in roughly ½ cup of pre made crystal light, and then add roughly half a tray of ice cubes, more if you want it slushier. Blend the concoction up for a calorie free Slurpee.

7. Pepsi Cola/Coca Cola

Another obvious one near the top of the list is sugar packed sodas such as Coke or Pepsi. Your average 12oz serving has roughly 150 calories! If you drink three cans a day, that’s 160200 calories a year which is roughly 45 lbs of PURE FAT!

Pepsi Nutritional Info:

Oz: 12
Calories: 150
Fat: 0g
Carbs: 42g
Sugar: 42g
Calories Per oz: 12.50

Alternatives to Pepsi/Coke & Sodas
This is actually a really easy fix if you are willing to make a bit of a change. Switch from Pepsi to Diet Pepsi. The taste might not be that pleasing at first, but after a few weeks, you don’t even notice the aftertaste any more. I personally actually prefer diet sodas over regular these days. If you drink diet soda, you are 100% reducing these drink calories from your diet.

6. Fresh Orange Juice

Yes, you are reading this correctly. Juices are jam packed full of calories whether you are drinking apple juice, orange juice or grape juice, they all contain a ton of sugar and a ton of unnecessary calories. If you really just want some vitamin C, take a supplement or eat an actual orange and get some of the fiber to go along with it.

Fresh Orange Juice Nutrition Info
Oz: 12
Calories: 170
Fat: 0.8g
Carbs: 39.2g
Protein: 2.6
Sugar: 31.7g
Calories Per oz: 14.17

Fresh Juice Alternatives:
If you are drinking juice for Vitamins, eat the fruit and get some of the benefits of the fiber. If you are just looking for something that has some flavor, mix up some Crystal Light and enjoy a tasty calorie free drink.

5. Gatorade

If Gatorade is good for athletes it has got to be good for me right? WRONG! Gatorade was developed to help athletes quickly replenish depleted energy sources and as a result is jam packed full of sugar as well as calories. Unless you are performing at a very high level athletically, drinking Gatorade is only going to build your spare tire around your waste.

Gatorade Nutrition Info:
Oz: 12
Calories: 170
Fat: 0.8g
Carbs: 39.2g
Protein: 2.6
Sugar: 31.7g
Calories Per oz: 25.83

Gatorade Alternatives:
If you really want to drink a sports drink, pickup one of Gatorade’s new G2 sports drinks. It is a low calorie alternative and won’t turn you into an overweight wannabe athlete.

4. Starbucks Mint Chocolaty Chip Frappuccino® blended creme with Chocolate Whipped Cream

Let’s face it, you shouldn’t be drinking Starbucks Frappuccino’s if you are trying to watch your waste line. They are so packed full of calories, you could easily gain a pound a week by drinking a Venti every day! One Frapp stands out in the crowd for being the ultimate weight gainer and that is the ‘Mint Chocolaty Chip Frappuccino blended crème with Chocolate Whipped Cream’; try saying that 5 times! This drink is a behemoth with 680 calories in a single 24oz serving. That is an astounding 28.33 calories per oz. If you are planning on dressing up as Santa Clause this winter and don’t want to stuff your pants with pillows, this is definitely the daily beverage for you.

Starbucks Mint Chocolaty Chip Frappuccino® blended creme with Chocolate Whipped Cream Nutrition Info
Oz: 24
Calories: 680
Fat: 21g
Carbs: 115g
Protein: 18
Sugar: 93g
Calories Per oz: 28.33

Frappuccino Alternatives:
If you are really feeling the urge to get a blended Frapp from Starbucks, first step is to look at the ‘light’ section. The next step is to select the Espresso Frappuccino® Light Blended Coffee. A Venti (24oz) serving still has 150 calories, but that is substantially better than its Mint Chocolaty companion. For those who care, the Espresso Frappuccino® Light Blended Coffee packs 6.25 calories per oz.

3. 7-11 French Vanilla Café Cooler

7-11 got a little upset when Starbucks started stealing their grown up Slurpee customers who wanted blended coffee. So what did they do? They came up with Coffee Slurpees to stir up the competition. Unlucky for us though, these Slurpees come packed with nearly four times the calories of a traditional Slurpee. Check out the nutritional information on these tasty morsels.

7-11 French Vanilla Café Cooler Nutrition Info:
Oz: 20
Calories: 634
Fat: 27g
Carbs: 97g
Protein: 1.6
Sugar: 97g
Calories Per oz: 31.70

French Vanilla Café Alternatives:
Honestly, if you have to buy something from 7-11 to replace your French Vanilla Café Cooler, I would recommend grabbing a cup of coffee, toss a bit of skim milk and some sugar free Vanilla syrup in it. Run over to the Big Gulp machine and toss a few ice cubes in your cup to cool it down and make a chilled beverage. Aside from that, any of the café coolers are pretty much going to turn you into a fat air balloon.

2. McDonald’s Chocolate Triple Thick® Shake

Leave it to McDonalds to have the second most fattening drink that I have ever seen. If you’ve ever tasted their Chocolate Triple Thick Shake, you would know instantly that there is no way something with so much creamy tasty flavor could ever be good for you. This calorie behemoth could help you pack on as much as two pounds of fat a week when combined with your normal diet. Pretty impressive huh?

Chocolate Triple Thick® Shake Nutrition Info:
Oz: 32
Calories: 1160
Fat: 27g
Carbs: 203g
Protein: 27
Sugar: 168g
Calories Per oz: 36.25

Chocolate Triple Thick® Shake Alternatives:
If you really want to drink a Chocolate milk shake, you are looking at a calorie dense beverage no matter what way you ‘shake’ it. If you want to make something that is at least somewhat healthy for you, blend ½ cup skim milk with 2 scoops chocolate whey protein and half a tray of ice. It will taste like a chocolate milk shake with way less sugar, but you still can’t avoid the calories.

1. Bubble Tea with Milk and Tapioca Pearls

Bubble Tea is an Asian drink that has many variations these days. The original Bubble Tea came from Taiwan and was a combination of Black tea, condensed milk, honey and pearls (tapioca balls). These days, the black tea and condensed milk can be substituted with fruity teas or milky fruit teas, all of which are jam packed with gut producing calories. A standard Bubble Tea with milk and pearls contains roughly 510 calories in just a 12 oz serving. If you just broke out your calculator you would now know that Bubble tea can contain 42.50 calories per oz! What does that mean for you? It means that Bubble Tea is a one way ticket to Obesity Boulevard.

Bubble Tea with Milk and Tapioca Pearls Nutritional Info:
Oz: 12
Calories: 510
Fat: 20.4g
Carbs: 79.05g
Protein: .6
Sugar: ?g
Calories Per oz: 42.50

Bubble Tea Alternatives:
Alright, this one you are going to have to suck up and just stop drinking. There is absolutely no reason why you need to eat Tapioca balls and condensed milk on a daily basis. Hit up your grocery store and grab a couple boxes of black and green tea. Not only will it save your health, it will also save you some money.

3:18 am - USED CONDOMS as hair bands!!!
Source: http://blossom017.multiply.com/
With permission to re-post from http://orangejellyfish.multiply.com

Beware when you are travelling to China. Just try to be careful when you are buying hairbands down the road... Who knows what it is made from?

These hairbands were made from used condoms and threads. That was so disgusting! I would not want to use them!!!

BEIJING, Nov 13, 2007 (AFP) - Used condoms are being recycled into hair bands in southern China, threatening to spread sexually-transmittable diseases they were originally meant to prevent, state media reported Tuesday.

In the latest example of potentially harmful Chinese-made products, rubber hair bands have been found in local markets and beauty salons in Dongguan and Guangzhou cities in southern Guangdong province, China Daily newspaper said.

'These cheap and colourful rubber bands and hair ties sell well... threatening the health of local people,' it said.

Despite being recycled, the hair bands could still contain bacteria and viruses, it said.

'People could be infected with AIDS, (genital) warts or other diseases if they hold the rubber bands or strings in their mouths while waving their hair into plaits or buns,' the paper quoted a local dermatologist who gave only his surname, Dong, as saying.

A bag of ten of the recycled bands sells for just 25 sen (three cents), much cheaper than others on the market, accounting for their popularity, the paper said.

A government official was quoted as saying recycling condoms was illegal.

China 's manufacturing industry has been repeatedly tarnished this year by a string of scandals involving shoddy or dangerous goods made for both domestic and foreign markets.

In response, it launched a public relations blitz this summer aimed at playing up efforts to strengthen monitoring systems.

12:22 pm - Pre-order Lolita Dresses SURVEY (Please help!)
I'm really interested with lolita things nowadays. And I blame Achie Cy's creations for bringing out the lolita inside me.. ^__^

I really like lolita dresses because of it's cute and elegant nature. Even punk lolitas look elegant and cute.. ^__~ That's why I'm thinking if I should start a small business of making lolita dresses.. :) Although just the simple ones since I'm not that good at sewing yet..

I was thinking to start offering services of making/copying lolita dresses from expensive lolita brands to sell for a reasonably low price. And I just need to know if ever I'll be starting this biz... would you guys have your lolita dresses made by me?

Just yesterday, someone gave me a comment that she used my pictures..
Valerie "daw" here's her profile link: http://www.friendster.com/69342000

I was shocked since WTF, why use my pictures? I'm not even that beautiful. And for God's sake! ALL OF MY PICTURES ARE FOR MY OWN PERSONAL USE ONLY! They're not something like graphics you get from glitter sites and all that which are for free use. And take note, she didn't only copy a picture or two.. SHE USED MAAAAAANY OF MY PHOTOS!!! She even posted a picture of ME AND MY LIL SIS.. Hello?! She doesn't even know me and my sister! Bwiset talaga siya!

I gave her a comment that she should credit me if she'll be using them, and I requested that she remove my personal pictures. I have no problem with people in Friendster grabbing my cosplay pictures and posting them. I'm just asking them to credit me in their captions.

She was online the time I messaged and commented her.. But she just ignored my message and deleted my comment. She even deleted me from her friends list. A while ago, I messaged and commented on her page again, telling her that I'll be giving her until the end of the week to remove ALL of my pictures from her profile, or else I'll report her.

I've already reported her profile thru the link on the footer of her page, but I think Friendster wouldn't cancel her account unless I email and submit a formal complain. So now, I'm giving this poser until the end of this week to remove all of my pictures posted on her profile. If she doesn't abide, I'll submit a formal complain to Friendster.

On a side note, I'm also thinking of deleting my Friendster account after this b*tch has already removed my photos. I'm thinking too if I should make another account exclusive for friends, or if I'll just stick with Multiply and forget that Friendster exists, since I barely log in to my Friendster account anyway. I'm also thinking of deleting some of my contacts here in Multiply.. Those who I don't know personally or those not from the cosplay/j-culture community. I'm also thinking of creating another Multiply account as my shopping account. That way, my contacts page here in sumirehana013 wouldn't be flooded by online multiply stores.

There, so please help me report this b*tch since I don't think she'll remove those photos of mine from her profile. I appreciate you guys for reading this and hopefully, you can help me ban this poser's account from Friendster.

9:27 am - 8-hour Havaianas
Ack! Who wouldn't know about these crazy over-priced flip flops which you see being sold at malls and even here at Multiply?!

Well, Havaianas are really not my thing.. I thought back then.. But there are times I'm wondering why girls and even men go gaga over these branded flip flops. Hmm.. Maybe because of its soft rubber material? Maybe its durability? Or maybe because of its brand? I actually don't know. But I do know one thing. I'M NOT ALLERGIC TO THEIR RUBBER MATERIAL. (Since I've always suffered from skin allergies when I wear flip flops I've bought at tyanges.)

I never owned a pair, until yesterday.. Paid P1,095 for a pair of pink Havaianas High. Well, it's really comfy and I didn't itch and all that.. Hmm.. Impressive, I thought. But here's the catch.. I just wore it for 8 hours.....

The experience was nasty.. I was walking near Gil Puyat station, and when I was near the stairs already, it broke. I didn't know what to do at that moment since I don't wanna wear the high-heeled shoe I have during that time. (Flash back: That high-heeled shoe was the reason why I was forced to buy a pair of Haviez, since my foot bled for not wearing a foot sock and taking a long walk early yesterday.) But then I have no choice.. Alangan namang maglakad akong nakayapak pauwi? So I wore the high-heeled shoe even though my foot bled in pain again.. >__< It was lucky of me that my destination, Monumento station, has lots of sidewalk vendors selling flip flops. Without them, I wouldn't be able to go home without a blood-covered foot.

On my way home, I was really pissed.. P1,095 for Havaianas which I just wore for 8 hours?! I thought that maybe I should've just bought Banana Peel flip flops since I have 3 from BP and they're still alive and kicking even after almost a year of use. Price wise, they're also WAY cheaper, at P150 each with a box. And I also don't get skin allergies from BP flip flops.. ^__^

Anyway, I'm just glad that after calling up the All Flip Flops MoA branch, they're willing to replace it.. ^__^ I'll probably go there by Thursday and have them replace it with a new and durable one.. *sigh* But still, this experience was a bit traumatizing for me. Imagine if the store has a NO EXCHANGE. NO RETURN. NO REFUND. Policy.. I'd probably be doomed! Especially since I'm not a rich kid with uber rich parents that could just let that experience get away. P1,095 is P1,095 for me! >__<

On a side note, I'll be getting class A Havies replicas this week.. I'll compare and see the difference from the authentic ones, and if the replicas aren't that bad.. I might as well stick to buying and using them.. XP
